HOW DO I PURCHASE HAIR FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
CAN I RETURN MY WIG?
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- Hair must be purchased 1 week prior to your appointment date. HD frontal wigs ONLY, however, must be purchased 2 weeks prior to the appointment date. If purchasing hair for an appointment, please leave the details regarding your appointment in the notes section at the time of checkout (i.e. Full name, appointment date, and time) otherwise your hair will be shipped to you instead.
CAN I RETURN MY WIG?
- No, as all sales are FINAL. We ask that you contact us before purchasing if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- Our bundles usually ship within 3-5 business days AFTER it has been processed.
- All wigs
- Ready to wear can take 3-5 business days to ship.
- Custom units can take 8-9 business days to ship.
- Build your own units can take 10-15 business days to ship.
